Payment Options

Payment through our website is accepted via PayPal. They accept a variety of credit cards. You also have the option to mail a check. Orders paid for by check will be shipped after it has cleared. Contact us for more information. Do not mail cash. We do not accept COD orders. If there are any overdraft fees or bank charges that incur with your order, Easy Preparedness LLC will not be held responsible. Sales tax will only be charged when applicable by law.

Shipping Options

Most orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days, which may vary slightly depending on the product. To keep costs as low as possible most orders will ship via FedEx Ground Home Delivery. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery in addition to the time it takes to process your order. If you desire to have your order shipped via other methods or would like local delivery please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. At present we do not ship outside the U.S. If you are attempting an international order, contact us by email and we will see if we can accommodate your order. We are unable to ship to post office (PO) boxes. Any orders returned to Easy Preparedness LLC due to incorrect shipping information may incur a return shipment fee. Before finalizing your order please double check all your information for accuracy.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our desire. In order to ensure this please inspect your order for discrepancies, defects or damages upon receipt. If you are unsatisfied or there is a problem with your order please contact us by email at or call us at 801-231-5567 within two weeks of delivery.

All products need to be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. The exception to this would be if the product(s) were delivered damaged or defective in which case we will replace or refund your order. Please contact us immediately. Undeliverable or refused products are eligible for a refund excluding the delivery and return shipping costs. After Easy Preparedness receives and inspects any returned products, we will issue a replacement or refund if applicable based upon the condition of the products and the reason of return. All returns need to be accompanied with sales receipt or proof of purchase.
